Currently playing..

The last game that I've finished was on pc, Mafia 2, which is quite a very good game.. or coz I liked it's setup.. 50s.. 60s.. feels relaxing in this era..

After that I've been juggling games.. as always.. before get hooked again.. continue some games.. then pass.. tried new ones.. pass.. and the loop keep going on and on... till I installed this game.. yep.. the one in the picture.. Based on the reviews I've read.. its only scored like 7 or 8.. but after tried it, it felt quite solid..

Well, I don't like doing reviews.. You guys better get it elsewhere, but this game manage to catch my attention..

I've also install some new games in my phone, to play on the go..

BTW, the name of the game in the picture is Two Worlds 2

Converting Hex color to .net int RGB

I've created this tool to assist my work, which I need to store an int value of RGB color inside the database.

It's just a simple tool but helps a lot. If you guys want it, just email me or leave your email in comments.

Home Alone!!

That's right guys.. me wife have gone for training at Glory Beach Resort in PD and I'm left alone here.. with nothing to do. A bit blur and starts to miss her already..

It is hot outside and I wish its raining.. so that I can lepaks in the living room in front of the big screen playing or watching..

Doing some stimulation stuff.. and just got a brand new gadget.. Quite satisfy with now!

360

Man.. I thought I wouldn't buy this thing anymore after wasted 1 caused by a 3RROD aka 3 Red Ring Of Death... but, got caught up in seriously best deal, RM1.1K for a brand new Elite (Market is around RM1.4K unmodded).. I accidentally bought it. Still I have done a lot of research b4 that, always updating with news on the Jasper set and for a year long clean RROD.. could be one the factor i bought it.

At first I thought it wasn't modded.. then I tried backup copy of Tekken 6 which I asked the seller to pick one along the way.. and it runs fine.. Now that I know it was modded so, I can't go online!, what a shame.. .. I don't know whether it's a good or bad news.. The pros is I can play very cheap games, and the con is I cannot go online.. hmmm.. still got the PS3 for that (and free summore ^^)

Anyway, having a 360 felt a bit nostalgic since its the first new-gen console that I bought which gave me an awe for it's graphics long time ago.. It's been 2 or 3 years since my last 360 (not fully mine actually, shared with my brothers) died which leaves dozens of original games, which, only finished playing 2 or 3.. and so by having this new baby maybe I'll finish the rest of it.

So.. that leaves only one console for this current gen.. that is a Nintendo Wii.. doubt I'll buy it.. the graphics is like old gen.. similar to old xbox (that I still got it as a media player in my bedroom) except for the control schemes. If I bought it maybe because of the games... it even doesn't support HDs

I know someone might be wandering how am I gonna finish all the games that I bought.. the truth is.. I don't really know.. since the PS2 era, I bought, pop the dvd in, play a bit, then keep.. with so limited times and full time job, which also having me full commitment into it.. I think I can't... darn it.. I'll be missing lots of good adventuring there..><

or maybe I'm just a collector ^^

Heavy Contrast

I've been reading a lot through the internet since early in 1990s or maybe earlier.. and one thing that very much annoys me is Over Contrast between the use of background and foreground.. Reading blogs with WHITE font vs BLACK background really hurt my eyes.. when I put away my eyes after reading them, I got this horizontal lines like Burnt-In effect such as you got in your old tube TVs when idling too long.. So, to anyone who are using this Over Contrast on their blog, please change it to a softer one, THANK YOU!


Btw, black font with white background is natural.

What if we were born back years ago...

I've been thinking .. again.. about what if we were born sometimes during medieval period.. or 1000 years back.. or may be more... what will a guy like me be? a programmer also? haha.. the job scope maybe limited to hunter.. warrior.. builder.. thinker.. haha.. being playing medieval games lately and seeing History channel last night.. about vikings.. how they dealt with the little ice age phenomena.. so that is why

Aku memang terpikirkan sesuatu sejak dua menjak ni.. ni gara2 mandi sejuk pagi2 .. dengan tekanan air yg kuat.. terfikir macam membazir betul tenaga air tu.. kalau lah ade sesaper yg boleh buat something about it!.. contohnya lah.. dekat kepala paip hujan tu.. letak something yg boleh convert that energy to heat.. tak payah lah susah2 nak guna elektrik water heater yg agak kuno skrg nih...just extend that kepala paip hujan tu je..

Musykil Sungguh!

musykil sungguh memikirkan kepupusan dinosaur.. macam kite ni sebenarnye keturunan alien.. yg hijrah ke bumi.. kite mai jauh cari planet yg sesuai utk kite duduk lalu menjumpai bumi.. tapi setelah di observe, ade binatang2 berbahaye.. lalu kite pun wipe clean semua binatang2 itu.. lalu kite pun menghuni bumi ni dan claim milik kite..

Nasi Dagang!!

I'm so frustrated last night..

An overpriced nasi dagang taste like shit!.. can you imagine that!!

The nasi itself is only 10% use of nasi dagang rice, and the gulai tasted like curry instead of masak lemak.. 2, 3 suap, then throw them away.. and cooked myself a magi goreng 200% better..

18th day

About an hour from now, I'm breaking my fast.. 18th fast.. alone.. haha

My other half got out station.. 4 days.. since yesterday..

Today's menu is spaghetti with chicken balls.. added with some mini hotdog.. Thought at first gonna buy Nasi Dagang.. but too tired.. also wanna test just-installed Garmin GPS in my newly bought N82, so need to go straight home..

A bit frustrated at first when handed the phone because of the built quality.. the casing is a bit loose and the plastic felt cheap.. even its original..some parts just came off and I had to glue it.. but now its fine and I'm getting used to it ^^ ..

The 3rd party GPS is really good actually, fast and simple.. I've installed the latest Malfree map in it .. so the route going and back from office includes the new Duke highway.. the map is detail too.. saves me from buying an over priced GPS stand alone device.

I've also installed You Tube in it.. using the built in wifi, the streaming is seamless.. video also looks sharp.

Next, I'm going to try Quake 1, 2 and 3 on it.. Just now I've installed 1st Quake, but the game cannot boot.. something's missing.. need to study more.. The last symbian phone I used is Nokia 6600.. years ago.. already forgot how to use it.. luckily.. my office collegue had a Nokia N95 which pretty similar the hardware.. like 99%.. so, he's my sifoo now ;).. and got THIS forum for reference which is a big help!

Its 7 now.. going to make nescafe o ais for my fast breaker.. ^^ ciao!

Yesterday I slept nearly whole day... what a waste.. dang!!

Getting a Nokia N82

I just sold off my old 17" Dell LCD monitor to my fellow forumer in Lowyat.Net. Sold for a cheap price of RM200. LCD price is dropping fast these days.. weeks ago I got myself a 22" .. or actual 21.5" BenQ G2220HD.. It's a HD (Full HD) monitor with wide vs vertical scale of 16:9.. compared to none HD wide lcd which is 16:10.. so it looks wider..

Anyway.. with that extra RM200 .. I'm planning to buy me a new (actually it's a used set) phone, a Nokia N82.. just found one at Lowyat Garrage sale.. for RM700.. Another RM500 will come from my used Sony Ericsson K850i.. The deal already been set for the Nokia phone, and should be getting it soon. So.. anybody interested in my K850i? murah murah saja!

... So.. why N82.. not the Iphone or Experia.. or Nokia E71 which is about the same price as N82 now. .. or any funky, all in one phone??

For me, been there.. and done that.. I've owned a SE P800 where everybody still using monochrome phone.. after that an Ipaq 1st gen pda-phone even developed application for it.. for me, as an IT personel.. the given functionality is a waste.. hard to explain.. but try asking your self.. why you bought that all in one device??.. the built in camera is quite acceptable lah.. but others.. like browsing internet.. just get urself a 'netbook' lah.. and some using it for gaming?? huh?? If you really want to play games, just get a proper device, such as PSP or NDS..

But if someone give me an Iphone 3G surely I take lah ^^

N82 got the best functionality, such as 5.0mp camera with video recorded in 640x480 vga resolution in 30 fps (frames per second), The camera and video captured is far superior compared with Iphone 3G ass. a lil big bigger but lighter compared with my K850.. with Wifi and GPS as a bonus..
It's an old model with superb functionality.. and it's just a phone... at least it's looks.

Broken Destiny

Just got this great game.. for my PSP.. It's Soul Calibur Broken Destiny.

The game is a strip down version from PS3's Soul Calibur 4.. and even though the PSP is a lot lesser horse power from PS3.. still.. the graphic delivered looks superb..

Lost of memories

I'm having a hard time remembering things...

Just like this morning... I thought of something earlier then... I lost it and need to trace back starting from the beginning.. of the day...

I was thinking going out in the afternoon to find a replacement for my broken house pad-lock..

but then... I just lost it again and when i got back home then I remembered it again.. darn...
